This is collected via standard web analytics tools. We do not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI) of your patients through this website. PHI handling is governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) signed between Carevonix and your practice.

We do not use your information for advertising targeting beyond our own direct outreach.

Carevonix operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA for all practices we serve. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every practice prior to handling any patient information on their behalf. All staff handling patient-related information are trained on HIPAA privacy and security rules. We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards consistent with HIPAA requirements. Suspected breaches are handled in accordance with the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule. This privacy policy governs our marketing website. Our operational data handling with practice clients is covered by individual BAAs.

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services, such as email providers, CRM tools, and analytics platforms. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights and safety of Carevonix, our clients, or the public. We do not share your personal information with competitors or unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Operational data related to active practice engagements is retained per the terms of our service agreement and BAA with each practice.
